These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Spinobon Casino and all services provided through the platform. By registering an account or using any part of the site, players agree to be bound by these terms in full. Players should read this document carefully before proceeding. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
Spinbonon Casino is strictly for adults. The minimum age to register and play is 19 years in most Canadian provinces (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). Players found to be under the legal gambling age will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds, including any winnings, may be forfeited.
Account Verification
All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, or provincial ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method where required
Spinbonon reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending verification.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered with false information will be suspended without notice. Any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts are void.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
Spinbonon accepts deposits via Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Bitcoin, and bank wire transfer. The minimum deposit is C$10 for most methods. Deposits are credited to player accounts promptly upon bank or processor confirmation. Spinobon does not charge deposit fees.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification status. Processing times after casino approval depend on the method selected. Players may withdraw using any supported method that was previously used for a deposit, subject to applicable limits.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any time
- Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$5 per spin or hand
- Spinbonon reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity
- Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may contact support to have it removed before play begins
Wagering Contribution by Game Type
- Slots: 100% contribution
- Live Casino: 10% contribution
- Table Games: 10% contribution
- Video Poker: Excluded from wagering
Responsible Gambling
Spinbonon is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
- Loss limits: Cap net losses over a defined period
- Session limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions

- Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Opening multiple accounts or using third-party accounts
- Colluding with other players
- Exploiting software bugs or errors
- Using automated betting software or bots
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
Privacy and Data
Spinbonon Casino collects personal data necessary for account management, verification, and regulatory compliance. Player data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Players may request a copy of their data or request deletion of their account by contacting support@spinobon.ca. Data handling practices comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
Amendments to Terms
Spinbonon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not agree with changes should cease using the service and contact support to close their account.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Spinobon Casino’s licencing jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the casino’s internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority. The casino’s complaints process begins with a written submission to support@spinobon.ca, with a response provided within 14 business days.
